Welcome! We are a non-profit organization that provides educational opportunities for artistic, cultural and social development. Qualified artists provide instruction in various art media to beginners as well as professionals. Our members are informed of exhibits and places to show their work. An interest in art is all that is required to become a member. PSAA is operated and adminstered solely by member volunteers. The gallery is open to the public on Wednesday from 10 am to 3 pm and Sunday from 1 pm to 3 pm.  Admission is free.  See map and directions below.

 Aileen Barbato is Featured Artist on the Website. . . Lee Wagner was profiled in The Sandpaper. . . Best in Show in Belmar's March 2011 exhibit, Beverly Golembeski, along with the other award winnners, will be participating in a collective Art Exhibition to be held at The Boatworks, Belmar Art Council, 608 River Rd., Belmar, NJ, Feb. 9-24.The Opening Reception will be on Saturday, Feb. 4, 5-7pm. Gallery hours: Wed. through Sat., 1-5pm, Belmar Arts Council, 732-749-3360, info@belmarartsorg. . . . Bev was also accepted in Monmouth Museum's 33rd Annual Juried Art Exhibition held at the Monmouth Museum on the Brookdale College campus, Lincroft, NJ, Jan. 14-Feb. 26. . . Mike Amato, Donna Wightman, Mike Lipton, Pat Morgan and Irene Bausmith will be featured at Stafford Library's "Fall, Winter Hoiday Show." This exhibit will remain on the library's gallery walls during November through February.

Our 30th Year Could Be Our Best Ever

This 30th anniversary year of our Pine Shores Art Association has been a special year in so many ways and continues to be. We have had some real stand-out shows this year. First, the Student Show was a resounding confirmation of the wonderful and continued growth of so many artists taking classes at Pine Shores. Plus the ability of their teachers to nurture that growth. Next, Linda Coulter's Purely Pastels show was a dazzling display of her students' and other skilled pastelists' work. A Note of Appreciation--and a Call for Help
Thanks to Chris Koutsogiannis for her years of dedicated volunteer service as PSAA's publicity chair and her expertise at acquiring our much-needed grants. Also, please welcome our new publicity chair, Suzi Hoffman
