3rd Annual Barnegat Lighthouse Fine Art Sale--July 30, 2011
More than 30 artists signed up for this year's well-attended event, including these Pine Shores members depicted below.
Special thanks to Angelo Rinaldi, the founder of the Friends of Barnegat Lighthouse State Park, its president, Serena White, and their fellow volunteers who worked tirelessly to make this year's event a rousing success and an LBI summertime tradition.
When she wasn't busy selling her artwork (ka-ching! ka-ching!), Carol Freas served as Pine Shores' goodwill ambassador, chatting up visitors and answering their questions about LBI activities.
Our most tireless performer: Irene Bausmith spent all day, with only brief breaks, staffing the PSAA information booth. Husband Bill helped out, as usual.
Mary Walker-Baptiste brought her customary good cheer--and remarkable talent--to the fair. We can see why her students keep taking her classes!
Mike Lipton had to constantly remind visitors: No, the photographs on the wall are NOT for sale. On the other hand. . . make me an offer!
Linda Ramsay vows next year she's going to set up an easel so potential buyers can view her superb LBI vistas even as she's painting them!
