ANNIVERSARY

PSAA's
Note from Pine Shores’ President Linda Saladino

Happy 4th of July and welcome summer ! Thankfully this year we can celebrate getting through the pandemic and being with loved ones and friends once again. In that vein,

I have great news ! PSAA is back in business as usual.
Masks are not required for vaccinated persons, but are optional. Our
social distancing is now 3 feet or less. Temperatures need not be taken and filling out forms is unnecessary. Thank you to all our members who cooperated during this time.
I hope you are as excited as I am about being together again. Let's all try to attend our classes and meetings if possible. Alex, our new Education chair, is busy working on scheduling some new classes and will be creating a survey for members to help the committee plan. Please be a part of it. Our next General Meeting will be on Monday, July 12th at 6:30pm and there will be refreshments ! Hope to see you there in person or on Zoom.

Stay well.

Pine Shore Art Association
Volunteer Positions Open
July 2021

Volunteer positions are vital to our day-to-day efficient and effective functioning.  Each role is part of established committees and new leaders will receive lots of support and guidance from the outgoing chairs, the rest of the team, and the Board.

Volunteers receive much in return for their efforts. Some join to learn new skills; others offer their
experience in any number of areas for the benefit of us all. Pine Shores gives volunteers the unique opportunity to interact with fellow artists in ways that foster new friendships and creative endeavors for ongoing artistic inspiration.

These positions are open NOW and training can begin immediately. Please consider joining the team of movers and shakers that keeps Pine Shores thriving.

Greetings Artists !

I hope you can join us at the next Art Chat, which will be held this Tuesday, July 20th at the Tuckerton Library at 10am in the large meeting room. We met there for the first time on July 6th which was a positive change to accommodate our growing group. Our thoughtful Librarian, Cindy provided us with a sturdy easel and there are tables and enough chairs to allow us to be comfortable in this larger room.

See you Tuesday!

The August General Membership meeting is Monday, August 9th at 7pm. It is an IN-PERSON meeting.  Under the latest guidelines, registration for this meeting is no longer necessary. Masks are optional for those who are vaccinated.

Every Tuesday from 9-Noon, PSAA has a spot in the Stafford Farmers Market. The location is great because we are at the shed and protected if it should rain.

Any artist who wants to bring some of their art will be asked to promote Pine Shores and bring info to distribute. There is no fee to be there and the first day was quite successful. This is a great venue to get the word out about our association and has the potential for personal sales. If interested, please contact Linda Saladino at 609-660-8062.
